30 days to change your mind

Try it on at home. If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What we need

• Unworn, with tags still attached
• In the original packaging where possible

How it works

Email hello@ellenmere.com with your order number and we send you a return label. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Sale pieces marked final cannot be returned.
